Appendix IV: List of alleged perpetrators’ names submitted to the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations

The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has advised the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations not to accept any further personnel from Bangladesh until certain steps are taken to protect the lives and fundamental rights of Bangladeshis in their own country against the abuses of state officers there.
