S<\/span>ince 2001, the Editorial Board of article 2 <\/em>has striven to publish a quality journal on the effective implementation of human rights in Asia. We expect that you find it an important, original and insightful resource.<\/p>\n

The Asian Legal Resource Centre (ALRC) funds publication of article 2<\/em>, and the majority of subscribers receive it free of charge. However, where possible, we appreciate the support of persons or organisations with the means to be able to pay for the cost of receiving the publication. This amount is not a lot: HK0 if you are in Hong Kong, US in Asia, US elsewhere in the world. The cost includes issues of Human Rights SOLIDARITY<\/span><\/em>, the sister publication of article 2<\/em>, and it goes directly towards the printing and distribution costs of these two periodicals.<\/p>\n

Where you have been paying the subscription already, we thank you. If you have not been paying for article 2 <\/em>and you have the means to do so, please contribute in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n
